Hi! I’m Jennifer Wilson. Born and raised in Massachusetts, my husband Ben and I chose to move to Littleton in 2011 for the great schools and rural community. We even live in an old school house! I grew up in South Hadley, Massachusetts, a community similar in size to Littleton. Ben and I have two young children, ages 4 and 1. Our son has been a student at Shaker Lane Elementary School since 2016, currently in the Pre-K program.
If elected to the Littleton School Committee, my goal is to provide support to all students and their families, just like I do for my own children.
I graduated from UMass Amherst in 2004, with degrees in communication and theater, and a concentration in film. After graduation, I worked as a project manager of educational software and 21st Century e-Learning products. I’m passionate about the use of technology to support learning for the K-12 student and am excited to share my experience and knowledge as a School Committee member. Since my son was born, I have been fortunate enough to pause my career to raise our children.
I’m an involved member of the Littleton community, currently active with the Littleton Country Gardeners, Nashoba Valley Chorale, and Littleton Parents Association. I was captain (and player) of a Littleton adult softball league team for 2 years.
I look forward to learning more about the issues and concerns that my neighbors have and for being an advocate for our town’s wonderful schools.
